With a background in hospitality and restaurant management, including a long stint as Restaurant Manager with the highly-acclaimed The Agrarian Kitchen Eatery in New Norfolk, Laura knows a thing or nine about the art of hosting and looking after people. As Pax Mondo’s Events & PR Lead, she brings those superpowers to her work collaborating with and overseeing events such as Southern Open Vineyards, the north-west’s TrailGraze, and Beaker Street Festival. She also holds a degree in Social Sciences and Environmental Management, AND commands a great phone voice, which she uses to excellent effect on a regular basis. On her days off, you’ll find her hiking, diving, swimming in the ocean, or some combination of the three.
Laura and Pax Mondo make great bedfellows - both list working with genuinely warm and friendly people to elevate brands and businesses doing inspiring things as part of their M.O.

My dog, Pod, is a border collie and the sweetest pooch I’ve ever met.
If you weren’t working with Pax Mondo, what would your dream job be?
I’d be travelling the world as a socially and environmentally sustainable operations consultant.
